These Terms of Service are the rules for using Dating Girlfriend AI. Please read them before you start chatting.

Getting started

  1. Acceptance. By using Dating Girlfriend AI you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
  2. Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Dating Girlfriend AI.
  3. Fictional characters. All companions are fictional adult characters. Conversations are entertainment and not a real relationship.
  4. Your account. You are responsible for keeping your login safe and for everything done under your account.
  5. Accurate information. You agree to give true details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
  6. One person, one account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.

Using the service

  1. Acceptable use. Use Dating Girlfriend AI for lawful, personal entertainment only.
  2. Prohibited content. You may not request or create content that involves minors, non-consent, real identifiable people, violence, or illegal acts.
  3. No misuse. Do not attempt to hack, overload, scrape, copy or reverse engineer the service.
  4. No impersonation. Do not pretend to be another person or misrepresent your connection to anyone.
  5. Not professional advice. Companions do not give medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
  6. Moderation. We may review, limit or remove content and suspend accounts that break these Terms.
  7. Availability. We try to keep Dating Girlfriend AI running 24/7 but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Payments

  1. Free and paid features. Some features are free; others need a subscription or credits. Prices are shown before you pay.
  2. Subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
  3. Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.
  4. Price changes. We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
  5. Taxes. Prices may include or exclude local taxes depending on where you live.

Legal

  1. Our content. The site, characters, images and design belong to Dating Girlfriend AI and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
  2. Your content. You keep ownership of what you write, and give us a licence to store and process it to run the service.
  3. Termination. You can stop using Dating Girlfriend AI at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these Terms.
  4. Disclaimer. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.
  5. Limitation of liability. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  6. Indemnity. You agree to cover our costs if a claim arises from your breach of these Terms.
  7. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, unless your local law says otherwise.
  8. Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
